DREAM is a jewellery design platform operated by Five Elements HK that helps jewellers and their clients design bespoke pieces. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the DREAM website and apps, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

  • Account information — name, email address, and (for jewellers) business details such as city and specialty, provided when you sign up.
  • Content you create — jewellery designs, uploaded images, stock items, and messages you exchange through the platform.
  • Usage data — basic technical information such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the service working and secure.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the design tools, authenticate your account, save and sync your designs and stock across devices, communicate with you about your account, and keep the platform safe. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We rely on trusted providers to run DREAM, including authentication (Clerk), database hosting (Neon), application hosting (Vercel), and AI features (Anthropic) used for tasks such as reading jewellery tags. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to us.

Advertising

We promote DREAM through advertising platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram). These platforms may use their own cookies and identifiers to measure and target ads in accordance with their respective policies. We do not share your account content with advertisers.

Data retention & your rights

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will respond in line with applicable law.
